The apartment is a penthouse, that means great views east over the Sea and out to the West, where the setting sun fills the back balcony with soft Spanish Sunshine. Its top floor and that means it may not suit buyers with decreased mobility, or those with very young children.

Also, there is no communal pool, meaning very low community fees.

What you do have is a straight 300 meter walk to La Zenia beach, without having to cross the busy N-332 national road. The owners have added a living room to the solarium facing east, totally enclosed and a fantastic added space. You should see the sunrise view from here!

Cabo Roig is a short stroll from the apartment. The Cabo Roig Marina, stand up paddle boarding, fishing and other fun activates of the Costa Blanca are a short stroll. You can easily stay here in this apartment without needing the use of a car, a nice bonus.

There are a few little Spanish tapas bars, hidden amongst the nooks and crannies here in old La Zenia you’ll want to check out.
